Casie specializes in the assessment of organizational challenges in a fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment on a global basis. Casie has strong professional credentials and seventeen years of experience in contract analysis, due diligence and program development for complex commercial matters. She provides strategic and analytical support for various aspects of the business including, for example, corporate initiatives, compliance requirements and employment-related matters. She helps companies launch concepts and ideas into action through strategic implementation and facilitates successful performance management. Prior to co-founding Athena, Casie was responsible for providing comprehensive legal services, analysis and advisement on various legal and compliance issues relating to a company’s operations worldwide.
Casie received her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law and her B.S. from Arizona State University, where she majored in Business Management. Athena is proud to be a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact and an active participant in the Compact’s working group on the 10th principle. Casie has spoken on numerous panels and is passionate about not only innovative work places, but ones that are also level playing fields devoid of the negative consequences brought about by bribery and corruption.
