Dwayne comes to Athena with more than a decade of work in the customer service category. He is an energetic and results-driven professional with an extensive hands-on history of working through customer concerns specific to offered products and services, and steering the interactions to positive outcomes, either remotely or in person. Dwayne is highly skilled and experienced in the principles and processes of customer-needs assessment, meeting exceptional standards for service and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Dwayne is currently enrolled in Colorado Technical University in pursuit of his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management. In his spare time, he likes to travel wherever and whenever possible and enjoys experiencing different cultures around the world through music and through face-to-face interactions with new people he meets along the way.
