Looking to expand beyond their single day event, formerly known as Social Media Day PHL, the client approached us for a new name and look that reflected modern, tech-forward sensibilities while still being accessible to a vast community of beginners and leaders alike.
Before diving into messaging and design, we wanted to establish a clear view of our client's needs. Through audits, interviews, and other early-stage research, our team uncovered insights and identified opportunities that ultimately inspired our creative approach.
By the end of our research and discovery phase, two themes emerged: inclusivity and innovation. We ensured everything, from the organization's new name to the dynamic design system, reflected these core pillars of the brand. The final messaging and visuals strike a balance of trends, technology, and togetherness.
